• License: Birthday Beatz grants customers a non-exclusive, personal license to use custom birthday songs, generated using artificial intelligence (AI) technology, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Usage: Songs are for individual use only; commercial use requires additional licensing.

• Payment and Refunds: Payment is due at time of order. All sales are final. Due to the digital and custom nature of our AI-generated music products, refunds are not available once the song has been delivered.

• Delivery: Digital files delivered via email; delivery timeframes estimated on website.

• Intellectual Property: Birthday Beatz retains copyright to the underlying music composition and AI technology; customers own rights to specific customizations made to the song.

• Liability: Birthday Beatz is not liable for damages or losses resulting from song use.

• Changes: Birthday Beatz reserves the right to update terms and conditions.
